IAM Quebec Mentorship Program 2025

Our IAM Mentorship Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of union leaders. Through one-on-one guidance, workshops, and hands-on experiences, members gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to advocate for their colleagues and take on leadership roles within the union. This program reflects our commitment to education, growth, and empowering members to shape the future of the IAM.
