Machinists Ratify with Field Aviation!
Toronto, ON – Members of IAMAW Local Lodge 2413 have ratified a new collective agreement with Field Aviation Incorporated.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases of 2 per cent plus a 1 per cent RRSP increase in each of the first and second years respectively. The agreement will be re-opened to discuss wage and RRSP increases only for the third year. Other agreement highlights include :
• A $1,050.00 signing bonus upon ratification
• Implementation of Logbook Sign Off process
• Classification Seniority to determined within a Trade Group by accumulation of Service Seniority Credits
The forty members consist of aircraft maintenance technicians who perform maintenance and overhaul on a variety of aircraft for the aviation industry worldwide.
