Machinists Ratify at Westminster Toyota

New Westminster, BC – Members of IAM Local Lodge 1857 have ratified a new collective agreement with Westminster Toyota.
The four-year agreement provides wage increases of 1.5 per cent in each of the first three years and 2 per cent in the fourth year. Other agreement highlights include :
• Family Day added to statutory holidays
• Improved dental plan benefits
The 12 members include mechanics, service advisors and parts department personnel. The IAM represents workers at numerous automotive dealerships in the lower mainland of British Columbia and on Vancouver Island.
