Local Lodge 1848 in Flin Flon, MB – continuing Service to the Community #IAMAW
LL1848 continues its excellent work this week. Local newspaper, The Flin Flon Reminder highlighted the local’s “Quality of Life” donations made to two Personal Care Homes.
These workers are the Trades workers for HUDBAY Gold Mine. Pictured is President Rene Beauchamp, making the donations.
“IAM Local 1848 recently donated some quality-of-life items to two area care homes. Local President Rene Beauchamp presented a new bingo machine to the Northern Lights Manor (left) and a water wall for the main lounge area at the Flin Flon Personal Care Home.
Beauchamp and Local Lodge 1848 hope that other groups and organizations follow their lead and donate to local seniors.”
