Machinists Ratify with Waterloo Manufacturing

Waterloo, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 2707 have ratified a new collective agreement with Waterloo Manufacturing Limited.
The three-year agreement provides a wage increase of 2.5 per cent in the first year retroactive to February 1, 2013, and wage increases of 2.5 per cent in the second and third years respectively.
Other agreement highlights include :
• Increased vision care
• Increased standby pay
• Increased health care benefits
• Increased contributions to the IAM Pension plan
The ten members are employed as Service Mechanics and install industrial boiler systems across Ontario.
Waterloo Manufacturing distributes and services oil and gas industrial boiler systems, burners and heat and recovery steam generators for a wide variety of applications.
