Toronto (Ontario) \u2013 Les membres de la section locale 907 de l\u2019AIM qui travaillent pour l\u2019Institut professionnel de la fonction publique du Canada (IPFPC) ont rejet\u00e9 l\u2019offre de leur employeur par une nette marge de 97\u00a0%. Les 35 membres ont ensuite pris part \u00e0 un vote de gr\u00e8ve qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9, et 100\u00a0% des membres ont vot\u00e9 en faveur.<\/p>\n

Les cong\u00e9s parentaux, les pensions et les prestations \u00e9taient les principaux points \u00e0 r\u00e9gler.<\/p>\n

Ralph Martin, repr\u00e9sentant de Grande loge, a dit des d\u00e9cisions des membres\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation poursuivra ses efforts pour obtenir une entente juste et raisonnable qui refl\u00e8te les demandes des membres.\u00a0Nous esp\u00e9rons que l\u2019employeur changera de cap et modifiera sa position et sa position ferme sur les autres questions\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation est pr\u00eat \u00e0 retourner \u00e0 la table d\u00e8s que l\u2019employeur indique sa bonne foi.<\/p>\n

L\u2019IPFPC est le plus grand syndicat au Canada qui repr\u00e9sente les scientifiques et les professionnels employ\u00e9s par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et certains ordres de gouvernement provinciaux et territoriaux.\u00a0Les 35 membres de la section locale 907 de l\u2019AIM repr\u00e9sentent et fournissent des services d\u2019un oc\u00e9an \u00e0 l\u2019autre pour les quelque 60\u00a0000 membres de l\u2019IPFPC.<\/p>\n

Les anciens membres du Conseil r\u00e9gional des employ\u00e9s de l\u2019Institut professionnel (PIREC) ont rejoint l\u2019IAM en novembre\u00a02019.<\/p>\n
