{"id":18966,"date":"2021-06-14T12:37:54","date_gmt":"2021-06-14T12:37:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iamaw.ca\/?p=18966"},"modified":"2026-02-13T10:03:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T10:03:09","slug":"modifications-a-lassurance-emploi-et-a-la-subvention-salariale-durgence-du-canada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iamunion.kinex12.com\/fr\/modifications-a-lassurance-emploi-et-a-la-subvention-salariale-durgence-du-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0Modifications \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi et \u00e0 la Subvention salariale d\u2019urgence du Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a mis en place une loi permettant de mettre en place plusieurs programmes d\u2019intervention d\u2019urgence.\u00a0Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 cette mesure l\u00e9gislative, des changements temporaires ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Cette loi devrait expirer le 25\u00a0septembre\u00a02021, mettant fin \u00e0 plusieurs programmes et en prolongeant d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des r\u00e9percussions de l\u2019abrogation de la loi sur la SSUC et de la prolongation des modifications temporaires \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi jusqu\u2019au 26\u00a0septembre\u00a02022.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que les prolongations et les changements propos\u00e9s sont assujettis \u00e0 la sanction royale et qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas encore pris effet.<\/p>\n<p><u>Le programme d\u2019assurance-emploi\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019exigence d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 de 420 heures s\u2019applique toujours aux prestations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et sp\u00e9ciales.<br \/>\n\u2022 Les prestations de maladie seront prolong\u00e9es de 15 \u00e0 26 semaines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Les avantages dans les cas d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part, d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s de vacances et d\u2019autres sommes dues \u00e0 la cessation d\u2019emploi ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir des consultations continues sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux prestations pour les travailleurs autonomes et les travailleurs \u00e0 la demande, ainsi que les travailleurs saisonniers, et sur les fa\u00e7ons d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le Programme de r\u00e9duction des cotisations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>De la SSUC \u00e0 la relance du Programme canadien d\u2019embauche <\/u><\/p>\n<p>La SSUC doit prendre fin en juin 2021, mais \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 le besoin continu du programme, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a prolong\u00e9 la SSUC jusqu\u2019au 25 septembre 2021. Les employeurs feront la transition vers un nouveau programme, la relance du Programme canadien d\u2019embauche, qui se d\u00e9roulera de juillet \u00e0 novembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs qui pr\u00e9sentent une demande de SSUC ou qui passent de la SSUC au nouveau programme peuvent s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une diminution graduelle des prestations jusqu\u2019en novembre, \u00e0 la fin du programme. Les employeurs admissibles peuvent recevoir une subvention pouvant atteindre 50 % de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration vers\u00e9e aux employ\u00e9s entre le 6 juin et le 20 novembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la SSUC expir\u00e9e, les employeurs devront d\u00e9montrer leur admissibilit\u00e9 en d\u00e9montrant une baisse de revenus de 10\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la p\u00e9riode du 6\u00a0juin au 3\u00a0juillet\u00a0: Les employeurs doivent d\u00e9montrer une r\u00e9duction de revenus de plus de 0\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la p\u00e9riode du 4\u00a0juillet au 20\u00a0novembre\u00a0: Les employeurs doivent d\u00e9montrer une r\u00e9duction d\u2019au moins 10\u00a0% des revenus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Admissibilit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s\u00a0:<br \/>\nLes m\u00eames r\u00e8gles s\u2019appliquent au nouveau programme que pour la SSUC.<br \/>\n\u2022 Admissibilit\u00e9 des travailleurs\u00a0:<br \/>\nLes employ\u00e9s mis \u00e0 pied \u00e0 titre temporaire ne sont pas admissibles aux prestations de leur employeur.\u00a0Tout travailleur en cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des vacances, des cong\u00e9s de maladie ou des cong\u00e9s sabbatiques, n\u2019est pas admissible.<br \/>\n\u2022 R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration admissible\u00a0:<br \/>\nLes traitements, salaires et autres r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations pour lesquels les employeurs sont tenus de retenir ou de d\u00e9duire des montants relativement aux obligations fiscales d\u2019un travailleur sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration admissible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a mis en place une loi permettant de mettre en place plusieurs programmes d\u2019intervention d\u2019urgence.\u00a0Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 cette mesure l\u00e9gislative, des changements temporaires ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019assurance-emploi.
