{"id":20815,"date":"2022-06-23T10:10:58","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T10:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iamaw.ca\/?p=20815"},"modified":"2026-02-13T10:03:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T10:03:46","slug":"20815","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iamunion.kinex12.com\/fr\/20815\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nouveau contrat de travail pour 1 800 syndiqu\u00e9s de Bombardier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Montr\u00e9al, 22 juin 2022) \u2013\u00a0C\u2019est dans une proportion de 73.4 % et avec\u00a0un taux de participation de 80,3% que les membres de la Section locale 712 de l\u2019AIMTA se sont prononc\u00e9s en faveur de l\u2019offre patronale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 le fait que l\u2019offre ait \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e, Bombardier va avoir du travail \u00e0 faire durant les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es pour regagner la confiance des travailleuses et des travailleurs et reb\u00e2tir le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance, d\u00e9clare \u00c9ric Rancourt, porte-parole de la partie syndicale et agent d\u2019affaires du District 11 de l\u2019AIMTA.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 5 ans, la nouvelle convention collective pr\u00e9voit pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e une augmentation moyenne de 6,5 %, r\u00e9troactive au 4 d\u00e9cembre 2021. Pour la deuxi\u00e8me et la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, elle offre une augmentation annuelle de 3 %. Pour la quatri\u00e8me et la cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, il offre l\u2019Indice des prix \u00e0 la consommation plus 0,5 %, avec un minimum totalisant 1,5 % et un maximum totalisant 3 %. Les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments du contrat de travail sont demeur\u00e9s inchang\u00e9s depuis la pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019offre du 11 juin 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Au-del\u00e0 des salaires, nous sommes all\u00e9s chercher la garantie qu\u2019aucune t\u00e2che ne sera impartie pour les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es en plus de ramener du travail des sous-traitants vers nos membres, explique \u00c9ric Rancourt, agent d\u2019affaires de l\u2019AIMTA, responsable de l\u2019unit\u00e9 Bombardier. Nous avons \u00e9galement obtenu une clause de r\u00e9duction du temps suppl\u00e9mentaire en p\u00e9riode de mise \u00e0 pied, afin de favoriser un retour rapide des travailleurs se trouvant sur la liste de rappel. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les points litigieux d\u00e9battus lors de cette n\u00e9gociation concernaient la dur\u00e9e du contrat, les augmentations de salaire, l\u2019impartition (sous-traitance) et l\u2019indexation de la rente des retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019indexation de la rente de retrait\u00e9s est un enjeu qui nous tenait \u00e0 c\u0153ur et qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 de vives discussions \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation, souligne le pr\u00e9sident de la Section locale 712, Christian Bertrand. C\u2019est une d\u00e9ception de ne pas avoir r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire entendre raison \u00e0 Bombardier sur ce point et nous comprenons la d\u00e9ception de certains membres et retrait\u00e9s. Cela dit, rien ne nous emp\u00eache de revenir \u00e0 la charge lors de la prochaine n\u00e9gociation \u00bb, conclut le pr\u00e9sident de la Section locale.<\/p>\n<p>Faits saillants de la n\u00e9gociation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 septembre 2021\u00a0: D\u00e9but des n\u00e9gociations entre l\u2019AIMTA et Bombardier<\/li>\n<li>3 f\u00e9vrier 2022\u00a0: D\u00e9but des n\u00e9gociations sur les clauses salariales.<\/li>\n<li>23 mars\u00a0: Les comit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociation informent les membres du rejet de la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des demandes syndicales concernant les clauses salariales et demandent \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de lui soumettre une premi\u00e8re offre.<\/li>\n<li>24 mars\u00a0: D\u00e9p\u00f4t de la premi\u00e8re offre patronale.<\/li>\n<li>24 avril\u00a0: Assembl\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentation et vote sur la premi\u00e8re offre patronale (Rejet \u00e0 99,6%). Les membres se prononceront par la suite en faveur d\u2019un mandat de gr\u00e8ve \u00e0 la hauteur de 98,8%.<\/li>\n<li>26 avril\u00a0: Reprises des n\u00e9gociations<\/li>\n<li>12 mai\u00a0: L\u2019employeur soumet au syndicat une offre globale que le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation refusera de pr\u00e9senter. Il choisira plut\u00f4t de d\u00e9poser une contre-offre et de demander aux membres de se prononcer sur le d\u00e9clenchement de moyens de pression.<\/li>\n<li>17 mai\u00a0: Vote sur le d\u00e9clenchement de moyens de pression (Accept\u00e9 \u00e0 97.5%).<\/li>\n<li>18 au 23 mai\u00a0: Arr\u00eat du temps suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n<li>23 mai\u00a0: D\u00e9p\u00f4t de la 2e\u00a0offre par Bombardier.<\/li>\n<li>11 juin\u00a0: \u00a0Assembl\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentation et vote sur la 2e offre patronale.
