L\u2019autre am\u00e9lioration apport\u00e9e au libell\u00e9 est une nouvelle \u201cclause de r\u00e9vision\u201d selon laquelle tout document du genre doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9 du dossier d\u2019un employ\u00e9 au terme d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de 24 mois, \u00e0 la condition qu\u2019aucune nouvelle infraction n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 reproch\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019employ\u00e9 pendant cette p\u00e9riode. \u00bb<br \/>\nLa nouvelle entente d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de quatre ans pr\u00e9voit des augmentations de salaire de 1,5 % la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e (r\u00e9troactivement au 14 d\u00e9cembre 2010), de 2 % la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, de 2,5 % la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e et de 3 % la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e.
