L\u2019argent sur la table \u00e9tait ad\u00e9quat, compte tenu de la conjoncture \u00e9conomique, et certains points de litige avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solus, mais l\u2019employeur insistait sur trois demandes qui ne faisaient pas l\u2019affaire des membres. \u00bb Durant la deuxi\u00e8me ronde de n\u00e9gociation, l\u2019employeur a laiss\u00e9 tomber une des demandes, mais a persist\u00e9 \u00e0 garder les deux autres sur la table.<br \/>\n\u00ab Lorsque l\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation est retourn\u00e9e \u00e0 la table, elle avait en main un mandat de gr\u00e8ve que lui avaient accord\u00e9 90 % des membres. C\u2019est alors que l\u2019employeur a rapidement abandonn\u00e9 toutes ses demandes contentieuses. Voil\u00e0 un autre exemple qui d\u00e9montre que la solidarit\u00e9 est la fl\u00e8che la plus efficace dans le carquois du syndicat. \u00bb<br \/>\nL\u2019entente d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de trois ans pr\u00e9voit des augmentations de salaire de 2 % par ann\u00e9e et une indemnit\u00e9 de vie ch\u00e8re (IVC) pouvant atteindre 3 % la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.
