Cet &eacute;cart touche des femmes de tous les &acirc;ges et de tous les niveaux de scolarit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent, les femmes sont pay&eacute;es moins cher m&ecirc;me si elles ont des comp&eacute;tences, exigences, responsabilit&eacute;s et conditions de travail similaires &agrave; celles de leurs homologues masculins. Les femmes de couleur, les femmes autochtones et les femmes handicap&eacute;es sont les premi&egrave;res &agrave; &ecirc;tre victimes de discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>La bonne nouvelle est que nous avons beaucoup progress&eacute; au cours des 40 derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es. Voici comment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl&egrave;me&nbsp;:<\/strong> &nbsp;Les femmes sont le visage de la pauvret&eacute; des enfants et des familles.<br \/>\n\t\t<strong>Solution&nbsp;:<\/strong> Augmenter le salaire minimum au-dessus du seuil de la pauvret&eacute;. Offrir des services de garde d&rsquo;enfants abordables aux parents. Soutenir les syndicats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl&egrave;me&nbsp;:<\/strong> L&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; salariale est un droit de la personne, mais notre gouvernement et les employeurs n&rsquo;en font pas une r&eacute;elle priorit&eacute;.<br \/>\n\t\t<strong>Solution&nbsp;: <\/strong>Le but vis&eacute; par l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; salariale est de mettre fin &agrave; la discrimination salariale &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;gard des femmes occupant des postes traditionnellement occup&eacute;s par des femmes. Nous devons&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&Eacute;largir et appliquer les lois sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; salariale existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Nous assurer que les femmes ont acc&egrave;s &agrave; la n&eacute;gociation collective dans leur lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl&egrave;me&nbsp;:<\/strong> L&rsquo;&eacute;cart salarial est devenu normalis&eacute;.<br \/>\n\t\t<strong>Solution&nbsp;:<\/strong> Joindre le mouvement mondial et promulguer une Journ&eacute;e de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; salariale.
