Les employ\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019une augmentation de 1,00 $ la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, suivie de 0,75 $ la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e et de 0,90 $ la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. De plus, les chefs d\u2019\u00e9quipe recevront une prime de 0,50 $, en reconnaissance de leurs responsabilit\u00e9s accrues et de leur contribution au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Fait important, l\u2019entente assure une protection salariale li\u00e9e au salaire minimum. Si le salaire minimum provincial d\u00e9passe l\u2019\u00e9chelle salariale n\u00e9goci\u00e9e, les employ\u00e9s gagneront automatiquement 0,50 $ de plus que le nouveau minimum, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 maintenir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable \u00e0 mesure que les conditions \u00e9conomiques \u00e9voluent.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs dispositions visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la structure du milieu de travail et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. Une nouvelle clause oblige l\u2019employeur \u00e0 tenir des r\u00e9unions mensuelles r\u00e9guli\u00e8res entre la direction et les repr\u00e9sentants des employ\u00e9s, favorisant un dialogue continu et une collaboration entre les deux parties. Les p\u00e9riodes de probation ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 harmonis\u00e9es avec le reste de la convention collective, assurant une coh\u00e9rence au sein de l\u2019effectif. Pendant la p\u00e9riode de probation, les employ\u00e9s recevront 0,50 $ de moins, une condition clairement d\u00e9finie dans les nouvelles modalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Une plus grande clart\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e. Un libell\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 pour soutenir les pr\u00e9pos\u00e9s aux chambres qui ne sont pas en mesure de terminer les chambres assign\u00e9es, afin de garantir des attentes plus r\u00e9alistes et \u00e9quitables dans les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entente pr\u00e9voit aussi des am\u00e9liorations importantes aux avantages sociaux.
