The William W. Winpisinger (W3) Center, established in 1981, has been a cornerstone of our commitment to education and training for over 40 years. With nearly 90,000 participants having attended its transformative programs, we continue to honour the vision of former International President Winpisinger, equipping our members with the skills and knowledge to thrive in today’s ever-evolving world.

In addition to our renowned on-site training at the W3 Center, we also offer comprehensive online training and field training programs. With trainers stationed across provinces throughout Canada, we ensure that our members have access to high quality education and support no matter where they are located.
