Machinists Ratify New Agreement with City of Mississauga

Mississauga, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 1922 have ratified a new four-year collective agreement with the City of Mississauga.
The agreement provides modest wage increases in each of the four years of the agreement. Other agreement highlights include :
• Improved Benefits
• Improved vacations
• Improved working conditions
• Improved contract language
• Increased clothing allowance
The new agreement is retroactive to April 1, 2015. The 45 members provide building maintenance and custodial services to the municipality.
