New contract ratified by Local Lodge 235 at Hobart Canada
Members of Local Lodge 235 at Hobart have ratified a new agreement with their employer Hobart Canada. This three-year deal includes significant improvements to seniority rights related to scheduling and vacation scheduling, additional vacation entitlements, health and welfare benefit improvements as well as wage increases of 4%, 2.5% and 2.5% plus additional premiums.
The members consist of one warehouse worker and 12 service technicians that service Hobart Industrial Dishwashers and bakery ovens used in restaurants and the food industry across Ontario. Hobart has more 100 service technicians across Canada.
